I'm checking out but I don't see where to enter my card number?

  •  We do not have a direct payment processor on our website. We only use offline payments to take your payment. At checkout, you will have a couple easy and secure payment methods to select from.
  • Place your order on our website and make sure to hit the confirm button to submit your order to us. Then, we will have payment instructions how to send your payment. If you ever have any questions, we are here to help!

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept these payment methods:

  • Apple Pay
  • Mail in money order or personal check

I placed my order. When will my order be shipped?

 

  • Orders placed by 12 pm central time Monday through Friday are shipped same day! A tracking number will be sent to your email by 5 pm CST.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, holiday's and will be shipped the following business day.

What carrier will deliver my package?

  • Orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail and insured. After your package is accepted USPS Priority Mail is estimated to deliver your package within 2-3 business.
  • Please acknowledge, USPS does NOT guarantee the shipping date provided to you and is only an estimate delivery date.
  • We offer USPS Express Mail for guaranteed delivery 1-2 business days.  Money back guaranteed by USPS. This option is not considered overnight and can take up to 2 business day's to deliver. 

If you experience any problems with shipping delays, please contact USPS first so they can better assist you.

If you have any problems with damage products or anything else with your package, please contact us as soon as possible. 

How can I track my package?

  • When your order has shipped, we send your tracking number to your email. You can also track your package on our website under the tab "track order" by entering your order number and email address.

Can I make a return?

  •  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days from the date your package was delivered.
