I'm checking out but I don't see where to enter my card number?

  •  We don't have a direct payment processor on our website. Payments are received after you place your order. At checkout, you will have a couple payment options to select from that you may be familiar with or may be new to you. All payment options are secure and easy to use. Select the payment option that works best for you. If you're unsure or have never used any of these payment methods, contact us and we will be able to help you select a payment method and guide you through the process of sending your payment.
  • Place your order on our website and make sure to hit the confirm your order button to complete your order submission. After, we will send you payment instructions with the information to send your payment. If you ever have any questions, we are here to help!

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept these payment methods: 

  • Zelle
  • Apple Pay
  • Facebook Pay (PayPal account can be linked with this option)
  • Mail in money order or personal check

I placed my order. When will my order be shipped?

 

  • Orders placed by 12 pm central time Monday through Friday are always shipped same day! When your order ships, your USPS tracking number is sent to your email. If you don't see your tracking number in your inbox, try checking your spam folder. 
  • Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday and holiday's. Orders will be shipped the following business day.

What carrier will deliver my package?

  • Orders are shipped and insured with USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is usually estimated to deliver your package within 2-3 business.
  • Please acknowledge, USPS does not guarantee the shipping date provided to you, and is only an estimated delivery date. 
  • We offer USPS Express Mail guaranteed delivery 1-2 business days.  Money back is guaranteed by USPS. This option is not considered overnight and can take up to 2 business day's to deliver. 

If you experience any problems with shipping delays, please contact USPS first so they can better assist you.

If you have any problems with damage products, please take pictures and contact us as soon as possible through email or text. We will file a claim for you and refund, or send a new shipment, if USPS claims fault. 

How can I track my package?

  • When your order has shipped, we send your tracking number to your email. You can also track your package on our website under the tab "track order" by entering your order number and email address.

Can I make a return?

  • If you're not satisfied with your item(s) within 7 business you may receive a refund or exchange. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days from the date your package was delivered.
