I'm checking out but I don't see where to enter my card number?

  •  We don't have a payment processor on our website to take your payment when you place your order. Payments are received after you have place your order. At checkout, you will have a couple payment options to select from that you may be familiar with or may be new to you. All payment options are secure and easy to use. Please select the payment option that works best for you. If you're unsure or have never used any of these payment methods, please contact us and we will be able to help you select a payment method and guide you through the process of sending your payment.
  • Place your order on our website and make sure to hit the "confirm your order" button to submit your order. After you have submitted your order, we will send you payment instructions to send your payment. If you have any questions, we are here to help!

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept these payment methods: 

  • Zelle
  • Apple Pay
  • Facebook Pay (PayPal account can be linked with this option)
  • Mail in money order or personal check

I placed my order. When will my order be shipped?

 

  • Orders placed by 12 pm central time Monday through Friday are always shipped same day! When your order has shipped, your USPS tracking number is sent to your email or text message, if opted. If you don't see your tracking number in your inbox, try checking your spam folder. 
  • Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday and holiday's. Orders will shipped the following business day.

What carrier will deliver my package?

  • Orders are shipped and insured with USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is estimated to deliver most packages within 2-3 business. If you're in the DFW area, your package is usually delivered the next business day!
  • Please acknowledge, USPS does not guarantee the shipping date provided to you, and is only an estimated delivery date provided by USPS. 
  • We offer USPS Express Mail, it is guaranteed delivery 1-2 business days.  If your express package is not delivered on time, USPS offers money back guaranteed. If this happens, please contact us and we will get your money back, no hassle with USPS. USPS express is not considered overnight delivery and can take up to 2 business day's to deliver depending on the location. 

If you experience any problems with shipping delays, please contact USPS first so they can better assist you.

If you have any problems with damage products, please take pictures right away and contact us as soon as possible through email or text message. We will file a claim with USPS and handle your refund and new shipment. Note: USPS must accept the claim first in order for us to refund and send a new package.

How can I track my package?

  • When your order has shipped, an automatic email or text message will be sent with your tracking number. You can also track your package on our website by clicking the tab "track order" enter your order number and email address to view your shipment details.

Can I make a return?

  • If you're not satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of your package being delivered, please contact us to receive a refund or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your order has been delivered, we can not accept returns or refunds. 
  • Refunds do not include shipping costs.
