Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: Updated 4/26/19

- Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 pm CST and paid by 1 pm CST are shipped same day. If your payment is sent after 1 pm CST your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm CST are shipped the following Monday.

- We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday & holiday's.

- We ship all orders with USPS.

- All packages are insured. If there's any damages, please contact us right away and we will file a claim with USPS.

- USPS priority mail ($7) is generally estimated to arrive within 2 - 3 business days. If you're located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area packages are usually delivered in 1 business day.

- USPS express mail ($30) is guaranteed to be delivered by the date provided by USPS. Express mail is not overnight and may take 1 or 2 days to be delivered depending on USPS routes. If your package isn't delivered by the guaranteed date then the shipping cost will be refunded to you. Please contact us as soon as possible if your express package isn't delivered on time and we will contact USPS to process your refund.
